Standard Products: We accept returns or exchanges within 3 work days of the customer's receipt of the package. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Customized Products: Items with custom specifications (including those with soldered connectors/headers) cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is under warranty and defective
- After receiving and verifying your returned item, we will initiate the refund within 3 work days. Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or peak sales periods (up to 7 days during peak periods).
