Yes. The same desk plate supports both methods, so existing devices do not need to be replaced.
Does the display consume power while showing content?
No. Bistable e-paper retains the image without power; energy is used only when content refreshes and during communication.
Can each side show different content?
Yes. The two display sides can be managed independently.
